Cadet Coaching Program
Interested in coaching?
Our club has a new and innovative cadet coaching program that anyone can be involved in YOUNG or OLD.
If you are interested in finding out more about this program please contact our coaching coordinator Di Nevett.
Currently we have a number of cadet coaches who assist with training session on a Monday evening at the Minerdome.
As part of the program all cadet coaches are subsidised to attend a levelone coaches course. A succession plan is also put in place which includes a cadet role with a senior coach and ultimately a junior team of their own!
Exies Acmy have already had a number of members participate in this successful program.
